Specialist Disability Accommodation is housing designed for people with high or complex needs, built to exceed the SDA Design Standard. We have delivered more than 80 SDA homes across South Australia. We treat it as part of our broader residential capability, held to the same standard of design, cost control and finish as any premium home.
